Trevipet offers smart pet devices and safety supplies that may include automatic feeders, RFID feeders, wet food feeders, smart water fountains, GPS trackers, wireless pet fences, NFC and QR pet ID tags, smart pet access devices, pet cameras, training devices, LED and reflective safety wear, vehicle safety accessories and temperature or humidity monitors.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, measurements, specifications, compatibility information and other details as clearly as reasonably possible. Colors, dimensions, app features, device interfaces and other characteristics may appear differently depending on the product, device, display or manufacturer information.

An order is subject to review and acceptance.

Smart feeders, water fountains, GPS trackers, wireless fences, smart pet doors, cameras, training devices, LED wear, vehicle barriers and environmental monitors can support pet routines, but they should be used according to the product instructions and the needs of the individual pet.

• Check fit, sizing, installation and compatibility before use.
• Inspect collars, harnesses, barriers, fasteners and other safety-related products regularly.
• Maintain, clean, charge or replace consumable components as appropriate for the product.
• Do not treat trackers, cameras, environmental monitors or other connected devices as guarantees of safety.
• Do not rely on a device as a substitute for appropriate supervision, secure handling or professional advice when needed.

Some store functions may depend on outside providers.

Trevipet may use third-party providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, shipping, analytics, communications, fraud prevention, app functionality or other services. Those providers may operate under their own terms, policies and systems.

Connected pet devices may also rely on third-party apps, networks, cloud services, subscriptions or mobile operating systems. Availability and performance of those third-party services can change independently of Trevipet.

Do not misuse the store or interfere with other users.

You may not use trevipet.lol to engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, scrape or overload the site in a disruptive manner, interfere with security features, impersonate others, submit fraudulent orders or violate the rights of Trevipet, customers, service providers or other parties.

Store content may not be reused without permission.

Unless otherwise stated, Trevipet store design, original text, graphics, layout and other original store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names, trademarks, images or materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Liability is limited where the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trevipet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

You are responsible for your use of the store and products.

You agree to use the store lawfully and to follow applicable product instructions. Where permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses resulting from your unlawful use of the store, misuse of products, violation of these terms or infringement of another party's rights.
